By uploading a file or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information.

4.3 Refund Policy

Automatic Refund: If our system cannot extract data from your file (due to unsupported format, severe corruption, or technical failure), you will receive an automatic full refund.

No Refund After Download: Once you successfully download your extracted data, no refunds are available.

Contact: support@cs-itservices.de with your transaction ID for refund inquiries.

6. Service Availability

This is a self-service platform provided "as-is." We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability or specific processing times.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ACCURACY OF EXTRACTED DATA.

Data Accuracy: We extract data as it exists in your source files. We do NOT verify accuracy or guarantee 100% recovery from corrupted files.

Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction. We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership interest.

Our Service: All aspects of the Service are owned by CS IT-Services GbR.

9. Governing Law

For consumers in the European Union: German law applies. You may bring disputes in German courts or the courts of your home jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

For all other users: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
